Blame is an irrational human concept, with no basis in scientific methodology and no place in the modern perspective.
Draw a circle around a single element and you ignore the bigger picture.
Blame a religion,
blame incitement,
blame rock and roll,
blame the parents,
blame the government,
blame an individual.
It's quite apparent this concept has run its course.
A war on terrorism is fuel for the fire.
